We ship things people use
A proof of concept that never leaves the sandbox helps nobody. We measure ourselves on what is still running six months later.
About Us
AI Visions USA started because we kept seeing the same thing: organizations spending real money on AI and getting a slide deck back. Meanwhile the intake clerk was still typing the same form for the eighth time that morning.
We work the other way around. We start with the hours your team is losing, and we don't call a project finished until those hours come back.
The mark behind the work
The swirl is the idea in one shape: everything we build pulls scattered effort into a single, working system.
A proof of concept that never leaves the sandbox helps nobody. We measure ourselves on what is still running six months later.
Plenty of problems are process problems, or reporting problems, or staffing problems. We'd rather tell you that than sell you a model.
Your people know the work better than we ever will. We build with them in the room, and we leave documentation they can actually follow.
We're based in Chicago and spend real time on site with clients. Remote works fine, but some things only surface in person.
Most of our work sits in places where a mistake has consequences — a police department, a city service line, a hospital's back office, a bank's fraud team. Those environments have rules, audit trails, and people who need to be able to explain every decision the software made.
That shapes how we build. Logging by default, humans in the loop wherever the stakes justify it, and nothing that can't be switched off.
It usually begins with a call and a look at the process you want to change. From there we scope a first piece small enough to finish and prove within weeks, not quarters.
If it works, we expand. If it doesn't, you've spent a fraction of a full program to find out. We'd rather be honest early than impressive for a quarter.
A short call, no slide deck. Tell us what's slowing your team down and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
